Territory Sales Leader – Western Boots

Rocky Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Durango Boot line, covering CO, UT, AZ and NM. You will maximize sales by building strong relationships with authorized retailers, applying disciplined sales processes, and implementing brand loyalty programs to expand distribution.

The role requires a willingness to travel up to 75% with overnight stays. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proven outside sales experience, outstanding communication, and the ability to analyze
