Territory Sales Director - Glazing & Curtain Wall

PhoxONE is seeking a New Construction Territory Sales Director to own the full dealer lifecycle, prospecting, onboarding, and developing glazing contractor partners into high‑performing, revenue‑generating accounts. You’ll manage a named dealer book, drive strategy with partners, and report to the Head of Sales.

You’ll train dealer teams on pricing, specifications, and competitive tools, while maintaining territory revenue ownership and delivering confident forecasts in a field‑based role.
