Territory Sales Director - Asset Management

Victory Capital Management is seeking an Internal Sales Director to support sales territory execution, generate new business and manage advisor relationships. You will combine investment knowledge with sales reporting and BI tools to advance the territory.

The role involves frequent calls and travel, with base plus commissions and opportunities for performance-based incentives. You will report to the Head of Internal Sales Directors, Practice Management and Sales Enablement Strategists.
