Your team will develop relationships and provide patients and families with the care and guidance they need for end-of-life care.Pay: $130,000-145,000/year (depending on experience) + bonus(es) and mileage reimbursementCoverage area: Lombard, IL and surrounding communitiesKey ResponsibilitiesGuide daily operations and clinical services in a way that best supports our patients, families, and team membersOrganize and lead agency functions and day-to-day territory operations, including oversight of multiple sites when neededDrive strong operational performance aligned with established Administrator KPIs, while supporting and empowering both direct and indirect team members across the territoryProvide administrative oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to all agency clientsEnsure agency policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the territory, maintaining alignment with professional standards and state and federal requirementsLead the selection, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members, with a strong focus on building capable, confident leadersHolds regular coaching conversations with direct reports—at least monthly, and more often as needed—to support growth and developmentMaintains accountability for territory retention by proactively identifying at-risk team members and creating thoughtful action plans to support their engagement and retentionSuccessfully navigate a matrixed environment by building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and partnering across AccentCare departments to achieve shared goals and deliver meaningful results.QualificationsIllinois RN license requiredHealthcare professional with at least two (2) years of health-related experience and the education, knowledge, and ability to effectively direct the programBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in the business and fiscal functions in a health care setting3+ years of people management and administrative experienceHome health care experienceExperience in business and fiscal functions preferred in a health care setting with strong P&L oversightMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working orderOur Investment in YouCaring for others starts with caring for you.
