What You'll Do:

• Drive premium growth through strategic agency partnerships
• Prospect and onboard high-performing agencies
• Deliver training and support to agents and internal teams
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
• Maximize use of EMPLOYERS' digital tools and services

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years in insurance or sales
• Strong knowledge of workers' comp or P&C insurance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
