Territory Manager

We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join a fast-growing medical device company offering an innovative wearable technology designed to support individuals with peripheral neuropathy.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding organization at an early stage and help grow a developing territory. The role will initially focus on VA accounts , with plans to expand into private practice and additional healthcare settings early next year.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships within VA accounts and the surrounding territory
• Call on physicians, clinicians, and healthcare professionals within neurology, podiatry, and physical therapy
• Educate healthcare providers on the company's wearable medical technology and its clinical applications
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong referral network
• Manage the sales process from initial introduction through account development and ongoing support
• Partner with internal leadership to support territory growth and market expansion
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving market opportunities

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and comfortable working within a fast-paced startup environment. Candidates should possess strong sales and business-development skills, along with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare providers and clinical stakeholders.

Experience within medical device, healthcare, neurology, podiatry, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or VA accounts is highly desirable.
