Territory Manager-Remote

Overview

Priority1, Inc. is a nationwide logistics consulting and contracting company focused on LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are expanding our sales force in Tupelo and seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business acquisition within the freight shipping industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and generate leads for B2B floor‑to‑door sales.
• Utilize CRM to track activity and manage sales pipeline.
• Present, negotiate, and set up new accounts with executive‑level decision makers.
• Maintain and grow the accounts you acquire, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training, including the Fast Start Program and senior TM training as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years freight sales experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred, but passion for sales is key).
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident and polished demeanor.
• Self‑driven, energetic, and motivated to succeed in a team environment.
• Ability to travel throughout the Tupelo market and engage in door‑to‑door cold calling.
