To support provider partnerships and referral growth in newly launched and emerging states, the fully remote Territory Manager will conduct virtual outreach, manage relationships with healthcare providers, and deliver educational presentations about InStride's services. Key responsibilities Conduct daily virtual outreach to pediatric practices, behavioral health providers, and community organizations to introduce InStride's services Maintain relationships with established referral partners and provide them with necessary resources and support Deliver virtual presentations and facilitate educational webinars to enhance awareness of InStride's clinical model Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, business development, or similar roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach and maintain an organized CRM High empathy and exceptional verbal and written communication skills Comfortable building relationships virtually and presenting to diverse audiences Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM platforms, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
