Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Overview

Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company specialized in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are growing rapidly and looking to add new outside Territory Reps to the Oakland, CA market.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business (B2B Door-to-Door Cold Calling)
• Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
• Selling and setting up new accounts
• Managing accounts you sell

Qualifications

• 0-2 years sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing, communication)
• Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
• Enthusiastic and energetic
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Determined to be part of a winning team
• A burning desire to be successful

Compensation

• Base Salary of $50,000 per year
• $10,000 Guaranteed Commission in first year
• Additional uncapped commission
• $500 monthly car allowance
• Reimbursement for gas receipts

Physical Requirements

Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from a computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize daily workload, excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours.
