Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Role Overview

Territory Manager – Outside sales in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business via door‑to‑door cold calling and other B2B techniques
• Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
• Sell new accounts and set up new contracts
• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Participate in corporate training and a fast‑start on‑the‑field program

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred (acceptable if less)
• Bachelor’s degree required; majors in business, marketing, communications preferred but any major acceptable if you have a passion for sales
• Active participation in campus activities; athletic background a plus
• Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, and professional appearance
• Team‑oriented and driven to succeed

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $40,000 per year
• Uncapped commission
• $500 monthly car allowance
