Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Position Overview

Priority1, Inc. is hiring college graduates for a business‑to‑business product and service sales role in our Nashville, TN office.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business, including door‑to‑door cold calling.
• Developing lead generation strategies and utilizing CRM to track activity.
• Engaging executive‑level decision makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, Vice President) to set up new accounts.
• Managing and growing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communications).
• Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, polished professional appearance and demeanor.
• Determined to be part of a winning team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $40K plus uncapped commission.
• $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.

Training and Development

New hires receive three weeks of corporate training during the first 24 months, with additional senior territory manager and management training available thereafter. All training is conducted in Little Rock, AR.
