Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company that specializes in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are seeking college graduates for a Territory Manager sales position in our Kansas City office.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
- Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity.
- Sell and set up new accounts.
- Manage the accounts you sell.
Training and Development
- Three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months.
- Potential for additional senior Territory Manager and management training later in your career.
- All training conducted in Little Rock, Arkansas, led by the Executive Development Team.
- Integration into the Fast Start Program immediately after basic sales training: 3 months of field training with upper management.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales experience preferred; less experience acceptable.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred business, marketing, or communication, but other majors acceptable).
- Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended).
- Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Determined to be part of a winning team and driven to succeed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commission.
- $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.
