Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Job Overview

Priority1, Inc. is seeking a college graduate for a Territory Manager role focused on business-to-business product and service sales in the Green Bay, WI office. The position provides the opportunity to develop selling skills, engage executive‑level decision makers, and progress to higher sales management roles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business leads.
• Use CRM to track activity, set up new accounts, and manage existing accounts.
• Present large business solutions to small‑to‑mid‑sized companies.
• Build relationships with owners, CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, and Vice Presidents.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred (but less experience acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; studies in business, marketing, or communication preferred.
• Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, and professional presentation.
• Determined to be part of a winning sales team and motivated for success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $40,000 + uncapped commission.
• $500 monthly car allowance; gas receipts reimbursement.
