Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Priority1 is seeking outside Territory Managers for its Fort Worth, TX office to drive new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools to track activities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Sell and set up new accounts and manage existing accounts.

Training & Development

Three weeks of corporate training during the first 24 months, with opportunities for additional senior Territory Manager and management training. New hires also enter the Fast Start program, a three‑month on‑the‑field program with upper management.

Qualifications

• 0‑2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; business, marketing, communication or related fields preferred.
• Active involvement in campus activities; athletic experience highly recommended.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and determined to be part of a winning team.
• Strong desire for success in a competitive sales environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
