Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Job Overview

Priority1, Inc. is a nationwide logistics consulting and contract brokerage firm that specializes in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are hiring a Territory Manager Sales to work in our Burlington (Boston North) office, focusing on new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through door‑to‑door, cold‑calling, and networking.
• Generate and manage leads using the company CRM system.
• Set up new accounts and facilitate the sales process with executive‑level decision makers.
• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Participate in the Fast Start Program and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Active involvement in campus activities (athletics, clubs, etc.) highly recommended.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished professional demeanor.
• Determined to be part of a winning team with a strong desire for success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 + uncapped commission.
• $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.
