Territory Growth Lead – Rare Disease (GI/Hepatology)

Syneos Health is launching a dedicated rare disease GI/Hepatology team in Richmond, VA. The Territory Business Manager will drive sales, develop territory plans, and foster relationships with physicians, while collaborating with cross‑functional partners to deliver clinical value.

The role requires a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales, the ability to learn complex science, and a high degree of autonomy with travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is required.
