We are seeking a motivated, results-driven 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 to join our 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐬𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦. This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on generating new business for the region, building your own territory through in-person outreach, cold calls, and networking, and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team to close. You'll occasionally support local marketing efforts and social media content, but the core of this role is sales.

The Territory Development Associate keeps our regional pipeline full by generating new business every day, introducing Jani-King to prospects through in-person visits, cold calls, and steady outreach across the territory. You're the bridge between a first conversation and a closed deal, supporting the region's growth one qualified appointment at a time.

▸ 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Attend local business events, expos, and chamber functions to generate leads and represent Jani-King in the community.

▸ 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐔𝐩: Book the win, qualify interest, lock in solid appointments, and keep your pipeline alive with consistent follow-up.

▸ 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 (𝐀𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝): Occasionally assist our Marketing team with local social media content and promotional materials. This is a small part of the role, not the main focus.
