We are looking for a TERMINAL OPERATOR to join our Lacrosse, WI location. As a Terminal Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee product receipt, storage, and shipment, while coordinating logistics with internal teams, customers, and transportation partners during our peak season..

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rail and truck receiving, loading, and dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Mobile Equipment Operation
- Perform maintenance on equipment.
- Collect product samples for quality assurance and report supply or quality issues.
We Require:
- A minimum of 1-year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience inspecting and performing basic repairs on equipment.
- Logistics or inventory management experience.
- Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
