Terminal Operations AssistantThe Terminal Operations Assistant supports daily passenger and vehicle operations at a ferry terminal. This position is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy environment, and doesn't mind working both indoors and outdoors.Typical duties may include:Greeting and checking in passengersAnswering basic travel and schedule questionsAssisting with vehicle staging before loadingCommunicating with vessel and terminal staffAnswering phonesCompleting basic transactions and paperworkHelping passengers who need additional assistanceKeeping terminal areas clean and organizedFollowing safety and security proceduresHelping coworkers during busy arrival and departure periodsQualifications: Applicants should be friendly, dependable, comfortable communicating with the public, and able to remain calm when things get busy. No previous transportation or customer service experience is required.Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week, including weekends and some early mornings.Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.
