Davidson College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Middle Eastern history with a broad definition that includes North Africa, West Asia, and the Islamic World. Training in Arabic language and sources is essential, and the candidate should be capable of teaching the full span of Middle Eastern history from pre-modern to modern times.
