To support youth clients aged 12-17 with behavioral health and substance use disorder needs, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Youth Nurse Practitioner will provide telehealth assessments, medication management, and care coordination while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Key responsibilities Conduct health evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for youth clients Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring for side effects and adjusting treatment as necessary Collaborate with care team members and external providers to ensure coordinated, whole-person care Required qualifications Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee Active DEA license and several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry Experience working with youth populations, particularly those aged 12-17 Board certification in specialty preferred Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
