Tennessee Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload and practicing in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
