To support the growth of the finance team, the full-time salaried Tennessee Licensed Senior Accountant will manage the transition of accounting functions from outsourced providers to an in-house team, develop scalable processes, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with the Controller to transition accounting responsibilities and implement scalable accounting processes Own significant portions of the monthly close process, including preparing complex journal entries and account reconciliations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and participate in strategic initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA required 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting firm Strong technical accounting knowledge under U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842 Experience managing complex month-end close responsibilities
