Tennessee Licensed School Social Worker

To provide impactful support to students, the Tennessee Licensed School Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW) will offer individual and small group counseling remotely on a flexible, contractual basis, allowing for autonomy in scheduling during school hours. Key responsibilities Deliver individual and small group counseling sessions to students, including those with IEP minutes for social work services Work independently to manage a flexible schedule that aligns with school hours Utilize electronic devices and teletherapy platforms to conduct sessions effectively from a private workspace Required qualifications Current licensure as a School Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW) in Tennessee Experience in providing remote or virtual counseling services Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Access to a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace Willingness to obtain additional licensure if necessary for practice in other states
