To provide timely, evidence-based utilization review services, the full-time Tennessee Licensed RN Utilization Review will perform clinical assessments, evaluate treatment needs, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and evaluate the treatment utilization and compliance of injured employees Collaborate with physicians, claims examiners, and clients to negotiate appropriate levels of care Perform treatment utilization management reviews while maintaining client privacy and adhering to regulatory standards Required qualifications Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States; compact licensure preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred Two (2) years of direct clinical experience as an RN is required
