Tennessee Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing telehealth practice, the contracted Tennessee Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, document care plans, and supervise peer support specialists while maintaining a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Conduct initiating visits via telehealth for patients entering Principal Illness Navigation-Peer Support programs, establishing diagnoses and plans of care Document each visit in the EHR within 48 hours to ensure compliance and billing accuracy Provide general supervision of certified peer support specialists and furnish follow-up visits as clinically indicated Required qualifications Active, unrestricted APRN/NP licensure in Tennessee or other states (multi-state licensure preferred) National board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Ability to meet state-specific collaboration or supervision requirements for practice Active NPI and eligibility to enroll with Medicare and Medicaid Experience and comfort with telehealth care for adults with serious behavioral health conditions
