To support patient advocacy in a nontraditional clinical setting, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Pharmacy RN will evaluate prescribed medications, assess patient needs, and ensure compliance with best practice standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform clinical assessments and evaluate patient drug usage and prescribing patterns Negotiate appropriate levels of care and recommend alternative treatments as necessary Act as a resource for clients, nursing staff, and claims examiners regarding pharmacy issues Required qualifications Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred Four years of related experience, including two years of direct clinical care or case management/utilization management Strong understanding of medical and disability duration guidelines
