Tennessee Licensed Pharmacist

To support a specialty pharmacy focused on renal disease, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Pharmacist will provide prescription order entry, verification, and processing while working remotely with a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Verify physician orders for medications using pharmacy information systems and address automated alerts regarding drug types and dosages Enter and validate medication orders in the client facility pharmacy information system, prioritizing based on order status Comply with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and assist in training new team members as needed Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred Active TN Pharmacist License required Ability to obtain vendor credentialing may be required
