To support women's mental health through telehealth, a Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Therapist will lead individual therapy sessions remotely, focusing on perinatal and menopausal mental health, while working in a fully flexible contract role. Key responsibilities Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills Work remotely in a fully flexible and supportive environment Required qualifications Must be located and fully licensed in Tennessee as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist Minimum of 1 year of experience in women's mental health, particularly in maternal mental health and/or perimenopause Experience working in a telehealth setting and proficiency with virtual platforms and electronic medical records Preference for candidates with multi-state licenses Bilingual candidates are a plus
