Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Counselor

To support a growing mental health practice, the remote Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload without the need for marketing or outreach. Key responsibilities Conduct live video sessions and provide messaging and asynchronous care to clients Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining accurate documentation Collaborate with clients in a therapy-focused model, ensuring no claims or billing work is required Required qualifications Active Tennessee state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent Independent practice capability with a CAQH number Experience in telehealth counseling or virtual mental health services Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and manage a diverse caseload Commitment to personal mental health, including participation in free therapy sessions offered by the practice
