To support legal teams in medical malpractice cases, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Liability Nurse Consultant will conduct thorough case reviews, analyze medical records, and prepare detailed reports while collaborating with attorneys and claims professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical malpractice case reviews and prepare detailed medical chronologies and reports for legal proceedings Attend meetings, depositions, and trials to provide medical expertise and support to attorneys Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and assist in trial preparation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Registered Nurse (RN) license is required Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience Proficient knowledge of medical malpractice and personal injury law Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and legal procedures Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical information
