Tennessee Licensed GL Supervisor

To support a growing team, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed GL Supervisor will hire, supervise, and direct a team of Accountants in preparing and reviewing accurate monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and timely completion of contractual obligations. Key responsibilities Supervise daily functions of the accounting team and ensure adherence to departmental quality standards Monitor and review financial statements, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are communicated effectively Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for team members, addressing internal and external issues as they arise Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution A minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred Prior experience in property management, real estate, or residential management is required CAM license and CPA certification are a plus Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
