Experienced healthcare finance leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Tennessee Licensed Finance Manager, responsible for managing the general ledger close process, supporting accounting standardization initiatives, and collaborating with hospital leadership on financial reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end general ledger close process for designated sites, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with hospital leadership on post-close analysis and operational reviews Oversee joint venture accounting and participate in annual budgeting processes to align with organizational goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 7+ years of progressive healthcare finance/accounting experience, preferably in a hospital setting Experience with complex multi-facility healthcare systems or large hospital operations Proven ability to partner with hospital leadership to drive financial performance and process improvements Expertise in P&L and balance sheet analysis, month-end close processes, and revenue recognition
