To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time hourly Tennessee Licensed Exercise Physiologist/Kinesiologist will deliver personalized exercise therapy programs, conduct virtual assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver personalized, virtual exercise therapy programs to patients with musculoskeletal conditions Perform virtual assessments and develop individualized fitness plans based on patient goals Monitor patient progress, adapt programs, and provide education to ensure adherence and results Required qualifications Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or a related field Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Registered Kinesiologist, CSCS, or equivalent Experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, or chronic pain management Strong communication skills with a client-centered, empathetic approach Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital health platforms and clinical software
