Tennessee Licensed Director of Operations

To oversee operations management across multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff. Key responsibilities Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction Implements processes to enhance health center performance and defines innovative performance measurement standards Leads operational implementations and manages communications across virtual sites and multilayer client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience Registered Nurse licensure required 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others Occupational Health experience required Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations preferred
