To support the Supporting Families That Support Their Kin project, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Data Analyst will manage secure data, conduct statistical analyses, and produce reports and visualizations while working remotely from Tennessee. Key responsibilities Manage and analyze various data types including administrative, survey, and cost data to support project evaluations Develop reproducible data systems and quality controls, ensuring participant confidentiality and study integrity Produce dashboards and reports for continuous quality improvement and federal reporting requirements Required qualifications Master's degree in analytics, statistics, data science, public health, economics, computer science, social science, or a related quantitative field At least three years of professional experience in data management, statistical analysis, and data reporting Advanced skills in R, SQL, or comparable statistical and data-management tools Knowledge of statistical analysis, research design, and program evaluation methods Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
