Serving as a trusted partner for clients, the full-time Coding Client Success Specialist will provide training, conduct coding reviews, and address medical coding issues while working remotely from Tennessee. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders, providing guidance and escalating issues to clients as necessary Conduct coding reviews and offer recommendations based on current guidelines Provide written feedback on coding compliance documentation and perform clinical record audits as assigned Required Qualifications GED or High School Diploma At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience Home Health Coding Certifications
