Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Clinical Technologist, the full-time Senior Clinical Laboratory Technologist will perform routine and complex technical procedures, monitor instrumentation, and ensure quality patient care in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Determine specimen acceptability and perform technical procedures according to established standards Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, ensuring proper functionality Report accurate test results and maintain quality control procedures while assisting with specimen processing as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology At least 4 years of clinical laboratory testing experience ASCP or AMT certification preferred Understanding of laboratory operations, policies, and procedures Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with proficiency in laboratory information systems
