To provide compassionate psychosocial support, the full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) will deliver counseling, conduct assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a remote setting focused on cancer care. Key responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling to address emotional distress and adjustment to illness Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with oncology providers and facilitate multidisciplinary case reviews to ensure whole-person care Required qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Active LICSW license in the state of Tennessee Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a healthcare setting Proficiency in therapeutic modalities applicable to psychosocial oncology care Ability to navigate sensitive clinical situations with compassion and professionalism
