Tennessee Licensed Clinical Assistant

Supporting BlueCare Clinical Support for TennCare members, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Clinical Assistant will manage phone-based provider support and fax-based administrative tasks while ensuring timely and accurate workflows in a remote team environment. Key responsibilities Screen and direct incoming calls and faxes to appropriate departments, ensuring proper case referrals Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and claims while maintaining departmental goals and documentation standards Interact with membership and provider staff to communicate decisions and gather additional information as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
