To lead the Large Case Management function, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Case Management Manager will oversee clinical operations for high-cost medical cases, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance while managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Large Case Management program, aligning with organizational goals Oversee daily operations and ensure productivity, quality, and documentation standards are met through direct leadership of Supervisors Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement action plans for improved outcomes Required qualifications Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare leadership role Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Current, active, and unrestricted RN license Relevant certifications such as Certified Case Manager (CCM) may be preferred
