To support the All of Us research program, a Tennessee Licensed Call Specialist will engage in outreach, enrollment, and retention activities, working remotely in a part-time capacity while conducting phone and email communications with prospective participants. Key responsibilities Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive participant enrollment and retention in the All of Us research program Screen patients for eligibility and provide comprehensive information about the research program and ancillary studies Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies Required qualifications Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications Knowledge of public health research and participatory research practices Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
