Overseeing daily operations, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Call Center Team Lead will manage a remote team, provide training and coaching, resolve escalated customer issues, and ensure productivity through effective communication and motivation strategies. Key responsibilities Support the Manager of the call center by overseeing day-to-day operational functions and assisting team members with inquiries Conduct monthly evaluations and coaching sessions for team members while maintaining service levels by answering customer calls as needed Develop and implement reward systems to motivate employee productivity and communicate with upper management regarding business goals Required qualifications High school diploma or academic equivalent Must have been employed with the company for at least 150 days and not be on a corrective action plan Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of employment Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy Strong customer service skills and a general understanding of state-specific liability laws and procedures
