To support a growing team, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Benefit Representative will manage escalated client inquiries, provide Tier 1 assistance, and ensure smooth enrollment processes while maintaining knowledge of client benefit plans. Key responsibilities Handle escalated calls and provide support to client employees regarding benefit inquiries Maintain a thorough understanding of client benefit plans and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues Assist in training new team members and conduct quality control checks for accuracy in information provided Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years of related experience Current Life, Accident & Health Resident State Insurance License or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire Prior experience with HR Technology, preferably in benefits administration Strong knowledge of insurance terminology and carrier claims processing Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
