Key responsibilities Supervises daily operations and processes of the pre-certification department, providing direction and support to staff Monitors and oversees the quantity of diagnostic and surgical procedures to ensure efficient precertification Develops and implements training processes to maintain and improve staff competence throughout their employment Required qualifications Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing 5-7 years of experience in Authorization or Denials Management 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience 5-7 years of precertification experience Licensed Practical Nurse - Tennessee certification
