Tennessee Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Supporting HSN remotely from Tennessee, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls, assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers, and promote products while maintaining a high call volume. Key responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales Provide personalized customer experiences while troubleshooting technical issues as needed Required qualifications 12 months or more of customer service experience Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours Capability to maintain a distraction-free work-from-home environment
