We’re hiring a Senior Estimator at Blueline Associates, Inc., a 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor based in Pleasanton, CA.
This is a high-impact position for an experienced estimator who can own the full estimating lifecycle, from early conceptual budgets through final bid and project turnover.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5–10 years of estimating experience with a commercial GC focused on tenant improvements/interiors
- Expert-level proficiency using STACK
- Experience with commercial office, laboratory, medical, life-sciences, R&D, or industrial TI projects
- Strong knowledge of CSI divisions, trade scoping, subcontractor bid leveling, and cost analysis
- Experience using AI tools to support estimating workflows
Location: Pleasanton, CA — onsite
Base salary: $115,000–$145,000
Performance bonus: $5,000–$25,000+
