To support seamless patient-centered care, the part-time Temporary Virtual Care Navigator will manage scheduling, coordinate referrals, and engage with members remotely on Thursdays and Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of scheduling for the virtual team, including appointment creation and reminders Coordinate and document referrals to specialists, ensuring timely communication and continuity of care Engage with members by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing insurance-related inquiries Required qualifications At least 3 years of applicable experience, preferably in a Primary Care setting High school diploma or GED required Proficient in Google spreadsheets and/or Excel, with experience in database management Access to a quiet and private remote work environment with high-speed internet Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM EST
