To support a growing dental practice, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner will engage in recruiting diverse talent, partner with hiring leaders to align strategies with business goals, and ensure a superior candidate experience in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Completes performance-based hiring training and applies knowledge to the recruiting process Builds consultative relationships with operations leaders to maintain healthy candidate pipelines Delivers a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process and ensures attainment of hiring goals Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience Preferred experience in dental recruiting or healthcare recruitment Experience leveraging data insights to inform recruiting strategy Familiarity with applicant tracking systems for maintaining candidate workflows Demonstrated success in recruiting for difficult-to-fill markets
