Supporting the experienced hire recruiting team, the full-time Temporary Senior Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, and source top candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities: Manage full life cycle recruiting for experienced hires Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and source qualified candidates Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Three years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) preferred Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
